Irrigation Services

Zone-by-zone inspection, repair and seasonal tuning — because in this heat a landscape lives or dies on its irrigation.

Overview

Irrigation Services

Irrigation is the hidden problem on most properties. Systems drift out of adjustment, heads get clipped by mowers and vehicles, valves stick, and controllers keep running a schedule somebody set two seasons ago. None of it is visible until turf browns out or a water bill jumps.

H&M Prestige Lawn Care inspects irrigation zone by zone, repairs what is broken, and keeps systems tuned through the Southwest Florida year. On commercial and association properties this matters twice over — a failed zone in a visible bed generates complaints, and a leak runs up a bill nobody notices for months.

Our first visit to a new property is almost always an inspection. It is routine for a zone-by-zone check to find problems nobody knew were there, and far cheaper to fix than the dead landscape that follows.

What's Included

Irrigation

Handled by dedicated crews with commercial-grade equipment, on a schedule you can plan around.

01

System Inspections

Zone-by-zone testing that finds broken heads, leaks and dead zones before the landscape shows it.

02

Repairs

Broken heads, cracked laterals, stuck valves and damage from mowers or vehicles.

03

Timer Programming

Controllers set for the wet and dry seasons instead of a schedule from two seasons ago.

04

Coverage Correction

Heads and nozzles adjusted to kill dry spots and overspray so every zone waters evenly.

How It Works

From First Walk to Ongoing Service

01

Test every zone

We run the system zone by zone and watch it — coverage, pressure, broken heads, leaks and anything not reaching what it was installed to water.

02

Report what we find

A plain list of what is broken, what is marginal and what is fine, separated into urgent and schedulable.

03

Repair

Heads, nozzles, laterals and valves replaced or repaired, with the landscape put back as we found it.

04

Programme & verify

The controller set for the season, then the system run again to confirm every zone delivers what it should.

Irrigation · FAQ

Common Questions

How do I know my irrigation needs attention?

Brown or dry patches, water pooling, heads that do not pop up, overspray onto walks and drives, or a water bill that climbed without explanation. Any one of those is worth a zone check.

Do you adjust timers for the seasons?

Yes. Southwest Florida's wet and dry seasons need different schedules, and a controller left on a summer programme through the dry season is one of the most common and most expensive problems we find.

Can you work on a system you did not install?

Yes. Most of the systems we service were installed by somebody else, often years ago.

Do you handle irrigation on commercial properties?

Yes — retail centres, office and medical parks, and association common areas. On recurring maintenance accounts irrigation checks are built into the schedule rather than billed as emergencies.

Will fixing the irrigation lower my water bill?

Often, yes. Leaks, stuck valves and overspray onto pavement waste water continuously, and they are invisible until someone tests the zones.
