Tree, Palm & Irrigation Services

Specialized work that protects your landscape investment — palm and tree care plus irrigation performance that keeps everything green without wasting water.

Overview

Tree, Palm & Irrigation Services

Trees, palms, and irrigation are where deferred maintenance gets expensive. An unmaintained palm becomes a storm liability. A broken irrigation zone browns out a landscape that took years to establish — and quietly runs up the water bill while it does it.

H&M Prestige Lawn Care provides palm trimming, tree pruning and removal, and full irrigation service for commercial, association, and residential properties across Southwest Florida. On maintained accounts this work is scheduled proactively; on new properties it is usually the first thing that needs correcting.

Irrigation in particular tends to be the hidden problem. Systems drift out of adjustment, heads get broken by mowers or vehicles, timers stay on a schedule set two seasons ago. A zone-by-zone inspection usually finds problems nobody knew were there.

Common Questions

How often should palms be trimmed in Southwest Florida?

Most commercial properties trim palms once or twice a year. Timing before hurricane season matters — loose fronds and heavy seed pods become projectiles in high wind, which is a genuine liability concern on retail and community properties.

Can you find a leak or a broken irrigation zone?

Yes. We test zone by zone, which is how most problems surface — a head broken by a mower, a cracked lateral line, or a zone that simply stopped firing and nobody noticed until the turf browned out.

Do you handle tree removals?

Yes — pruning, limb removal, and full removals of dead, hazardous, or unwanted trees, with debris hauled away. For very large or high-risk removals near structures we will tell you plainly if it calls for a specialized crane operation.

Can irrigation adjustments reduce our water bill?

Often, yes. Fixing broken heads, correcting overspray onto pavement, and setting timers appropriately for the season addresses the most common sources of waste. Properties running two-season-old timer schedules are usually overwatering.

Do you work around store hours and tenant access?

Yes. On retail and occupied commercial sites we schedule noisy or disruptive work — removals, major trimming — around business hours and customer traffic.
